Accounting Manager to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB

We are now looking for an Accounting Manager for a broad role to join the team consisting of 6 colleagues. You will report to Caroline Rosén, SE Holding Finance Manager, a caring leader who gives you freedom with responsibility and where you become a sounding board.

As the Accounting manager, you will assume responsibility for all financial aspects within the Swedish Holding team at our Landskrona office. You will oversee finance operations, ensuring compliance with statutory accounting, tax, and legal regulations. Your role will also involve Group reporting, forecasting, budgeting, process improvements, and business controlling. Additionally, you will serve as the system owner of financial-related IT systems and lead the implementation of ASSA ABLOY Compliance Programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting operations and oversee outsourced finance activities.
• Ensure full statutory accounting, tax, and legal compliance, liaising with internal and external auditors and preparing audit materials
• Prepare Annual Accounts and reports in accordance with local GAAP rules (K3)
• Handle local tax issues, including VAT, tax returns, transfer price documentation, invoicing, and settlement
• Conduct Group reporting in HFM, following the ASSA ABLOY reporting manual and IFRS rules
• Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting processes, both internally and in HFM.
• Implement and comply with the Internal Control framework (RACM), acting as a gatekeeper
• Drive continuous process improvements in Finance and relevant areas
• Perform business controlling with accurate KPIs, effectively communicating business performance to stakeholders
• Act as the system owner of financial-related IT systems, including ERP, Excel, and other tools

Does this sound interesting?

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a university degree in economics or equivalent or a good background experience in finance. You have been working for at least five years in a similar role. As a person, you have great communication skills. Also, you have problem-solving skills and have the drive to meet deadlines and objectives as well as a structured working approach. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and an experienced user of ERP systems and Excel.
