About the role
As an Indirect Procurement Process Lead you will take full ownership of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process from purchase order to payment, with a key responsibility to design, set up, and optimize the P2P flow in connection with the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
This is a hands-on and high-impact role where you will shape how processes are built and work going forward. You will work closely with Finance, IT, Procurement, and suppliers, making sure processes are efficient, user-friendly, and ready for the future. At the same time, you will drive automation and smart solutions using SAP S/4HANA and VIM. You will act as a Process Champion, meaning you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and continuously improve them.
The role is based at Lindt’s Nordic HQ in Solna (hybrid: 60% office / 40% remote), reporting to Head of Accounting.
Your responsibilities

Take full ownership of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including designing, setting up, and optimizing the P2P flow in connection with the SAP S/4HANA implementation

Improve and streamline workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and speed

Work hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and VIM to optimize invoice automation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives together with business and IT stakeholders

Act as a change driver, bringing people on-board with new processes and ways of working

Identify and implement automation opportunities to create smarter, more scalable processes

Follow up on KPI:s and ensure strong performance across the P2P flow

Build and develop reports and dashboards that create transparency and insights

Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

Act as the link between local teams and global projects
Your profile
As a person you are someone who enjoys making things better. You see how processes can improve and act on it. You are comfortable working across teams, enjoy solving problems, and like the mix of systems, data, and people.
You hold a degree in Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent. We would like you to have experience from Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, or finance processes, along with hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or VIM. You have a solid understanding of accounts payable and financial flows, and experience in process improvements along with system development connected to IT.
You are a strong communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders and bring a positive proactive mindset with a natural drive to improve. Fluency in English is required for this role.
